Alison Black

Executive Director

Bringing nearly a decade of experience working with Cleveland’s youth and families, Alison leads Cleveland SCORES with a vision to expand the program’s reach and ensure that every child—regardless of background—has access to a high-quality after-school experience. Before becoming executive director, Alison served as our organization’s associate director for several years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Dayton and a master’s degree in social administration from Case Western Reserve University. Alison is passionate about building strategic community partnerships and advocating for equitable opportunities for Cleveland youth. Joyce Becerra

Development Manager

As development manager, Joyce combines her background in data analysis and project management with a passion for empowering Cleveland youth through poetry, soccer, and service. Since joining our team in 2023, she has brought energy and enthusiasm to everything she does. Originally from Puerto Rico, Joyce has loved playing soccer since childhood and believes every child deserves the chance to find their passion, voice, and community. She connects donors and partners to SCORES’s impact stories, ensuring each gift helps students thrive. Joyce holds a bachelor’s degree in science-business and pre-health studies with a minor in business from the University of Notre Dame. In her free time, she enjoys cheering for Chelsea FC, reading with her cat, traveling with family, and hiking with her dogs.

Kloby Reddy

Program Director

As program director, Kloby ensures each of our program sites delivers engaging, equitable experiences that combine literacy and physical activity. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, teamwork, and curiosity through every poem written and goal scored. She joined Cleveland SCORES in 2022 as our program operations manager. Initially drawn to research and data analysis, she soon found her calling in youth education—teaching, leading summer learning programs, and developing hands-on curriculum. Kloby holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Denison University. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

team-Brittney Rzucidlo.jpg

Brittney Rzucidlo

Curriculum Director

Brittney began her career with Cleveland SCORES in 2017 as a writing coach, where she quickly saw the powerful impact of the program—providing a safe space for Poet-Athletes to find their voice through poetry, give back through community service, and build life skills through soccer. Inspired by that experience, she joined the staff in 2018 as the program and communications coordinator and has since grown into her current role as curriculum director, where she continually enhances the lessons and learning experiences that help students thrive. Brittney holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Miami University of Ohio and a master’s degree in instructional design from Tiffin University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, working on her children’s book, and spending time with her pets and family.

team-Timothy Hinton.jpg

Timothy Hinton

Program Manager – Soccer

Timothy joined Cleveland SCORES in 2024 as our soccer program manager, combining applied sport and social-emotional learning through innovative programming like the Next Up Academy and helping our Poet-Athletes continuously grow as both players and leaders. He is a motivational speaker, author, and educator whose words have inspired thousands across the nation. Guided by his belief that no one’s current condition should define their end point, Timothy’s mission is to help youth break free from limiting narratives and build purposeful lives. Timothy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University, where he founded the Black Wellness Initiative to promote mental health among Black students. He also has a graduate certificate in applied sport and performance psychology and is pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Barry University.
